I was just talking with a few Friends about my Heart Surgery in 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital. And I had to think a little, but I did remember your name. I just want to Thank you from the Bottom of my Heart for the AWESOME Surgery you Performed on me. May 19 of this year was 18 years.
