Pointless trying to get right to type of help from here. NHS makes any sense excuse not to help. Putting in complaint as all you get is run around in circles
Nobody ever picks up the phone? I missed your call, barely, on Monday (as shown in screenshot) You've sent me a letter which arrived yesterday, saying to ring or I'll be discharged as you'll assume I don't want the care: I am desperately trying to get through, most days, and nobody EVER answers. 14 times yesterday and we even tried going to the Centre, where nobody answered the doorbell despite there being a car parked in the carpark.
