Absolutely inexcusable customer service. Only option in town, and that woman knows it. If she could listen to a recording of our call she would be ashamed of herself. But since she doesn't even care enough to have an office,I doubt that calls are recorded for training purposes...it's her cell phone. What a horrible person. This is what happens when an established business is left to an entitled and lazy person who wants the money without the work.
