It's been endlessly frustrating to work with this company. They have handled all of my small business insurance needs for many years and every year it's gotten more disappointing and frustrating. Each year, I have to remind them multiple times to process our insurance renewal and send out certificates of insurance to my clients. A few times, our coverage has expired.
