Lundgren was there at a time which was difficult and created a safe place. Went above and beyond for my family. Even through a few bumps after sale they valued me as a customer and made all things right. BUT since returning to Maine and trying to register my vehicle I did not have a Title Application nor a Temporary Plate. I have not received a check for Maine sales tax/title/plate transfer and registration since Seprltember 2025 lease. My lease agreement has changed 3x. I went there for recall of the SDS sensor for my 2020 Subaru Outback XT. It took just over an hour to complete. While waiting I stopped by the showroom and talked with Jacob Lavariere. He not only understood the issues I was having with the cruise control steering, he explained why, how, and when it was fixed. The 2024 Outback has 3 forward cameras instead of 2 allowing it to better center in the lane on multi-lane highways. He has expert knowledge of Subaru and most cars in general. A pleasure to deal with.
