We recently had to bring our Outback into Lundgren Subaru where we have always had spectacular service from Jennifer and the service team. This time it was for a recall on the passenger airbag, after that was replaced they had another code show up that was part of the seatbelt issue which wasn’t part of the recall, but with discussion as to why that wasn’t covered Jennifer worked her magic to make sure that it would be covered under the recall. Thank you Jennifer, your the best!

Lundgren was great for getting a “new to me” car. I had only a vague idea of what I was looking for, so we ended up going through many ideas and many cars. Tyler was helpful and a good sport. I test drove a number of cars, but I only knew of one before I arrived, so they couldn’t prepare ahead and the cars were very hot inside. Tyler was patient, and we laughed together after being blasted by the heat when we opened the door and waited for a cool down.
