I had the worst experience of life there yesterday. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and held it hostage for 2 days without a loaner. They couldn’t figure it out that it was my starter . When questioned the sales manager approached my boyfriend and got in his face . He did not apologize. Horrible customer service, on the phone with Chris who sounded like he rather be somewhere else . I will never go back to the Subaru in Bennington again.
We have always had a good experience with Lungren Subaru. Purchased our 3rd Subaru from them and get our maintenance done there. I love the text messaging fir maintenance with a review of what was done and recommendations of what needs to be done, urgently, soon or at my convenience.
Everyone at the Lundgren Subaru of Bennington We’re so helpful and pleasant to work with. I worked with them to get my new 2026 Crosstrek premium lease and they were absolutely amazing. I was originally planning on getting a used outback, but they were able to work with me and get me financed on an amazing lease deal.
