When my Toyota Rav 4 with less than 10,000 miles was totaled I actually spent weeks researching a new vehicles. I went to every dealership and viewed everything from Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Subaru and more. Some I didn't check as they did not appeal to me. My last stop was ́Lundgren Honda. Bingo! From A to Z they impressed me. Véhicules, Sales team, pricing and service.
On 9/29 I took my Subaru Outback here to get a “Fall Special” which included oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and alignment check. I picked the car up at around 2:30 PM. The paperwork showed the alignment was a little bit off in the front, but I chose not to address it then. This is one of the best car dealerships in Mass. They always do their best for the customer or consumer. Top notch oil service for any make or model
I used to go to Bedards, but their service department had an attitude. Scott at Lundgren, handling service, is very professional. Their technician, Coy, is the best! A very professional young man who pays attention to detail!
Service department needs serious improvement. The advisors’ attitude and knowledge are lacking, and it shows. Sales, on the other hand, is excellent—funny how that works. Address these issues now before they turn into much bigger problems.
