Service department needs serious improvement. The advisors’ attitude and knowledge are lacking, and it shows. Sales, on the other hand, is excellent—funny how that works. Address these issues now before they turn into much bigger problems.
I do not recommend. Very dishonest and the communication is awful. I dropped my car off on Sunday night, and they did not even look at it until Thursday. This wouldn't have been a huge issue for me but they charged a diagnosis fee, and when I called them the next day, they "spoke to the tech" and changed the diagnosis completely, twice. They said they would call back with a price for the new diagnosis, still waiting for that call back after a month. I had a very bad experience. I was working with a platnub seller. Okay, with a simple transaction, what a trade and then send in philosophy along what he pointed down and then we actually focused a good trade, we're low biology, both the badacher made it to make a bad deal with me. People, please. They'll be full with these dealers. They like to take advantage of people. It's more for corporate more for themselves in pockets. A very reputable dealership that handles a high volume of service customers. The service dept is one of the most proficient in the region. The techs are focused on quality work& safety of your vehicle. I highly recommend Lundgren & not just cause the coffee is good! While Honda may have shot themselves in the foot by discontinuing the FIT & H-RV models, Lundgren will keep u r Honda vehicle purring along for many years to come. Thank you Scott & co. !
