Bought struts from the parts department. They were a week late, and no one called to tell me they were there. Then they charged me $660 for parts that cost $320. When I realized they were only the shocks, and not the full assembly, I returned them and they tried telling me there was a 20% re-stock fee because it was special order. Even though it says on the receipt that it is a "10% re-stock charge on all returned parts". They tried to rip me off every way they could.
Buying a car from lundgren Honda in greenfield was absolutely perfect! I am sure the experience is the same at the auburn dealership they have. Shout out to the sales team!! They nailed it! I had very specific needs that had to be filled. They were very much able to fill them! With no pressure for extras to be added to the bill. I am very impressed with the vehicle I landed for the price. Long story short. Go to lundgren for a relaxed buying experience!!!!
You suck will never go back and tell everyone I know don't buy a vechile from lundgren honda. They lie and I had an extended warranty and it was never applied they took my 80 per month and I will be sueing them shortly
