Josh was amazing to work with! He built my sons home on Oaks and remodeled our home on N New York in Winter Park. Quality of workmanship is a 10 on a 10. The Lundev team did a fabulous job building our home. Everyone was a joy to work with and they really cared about every single detail we wanted. They typically don't build contemporary homes, but they went out of their way to be sure we got the exact style/look we were looking for. They are responsive and patient. We would definitely work with the Lundev team again!
LunDev did a great job building our custom home. They have amazing attention to detail and are incredibly responsive. To any homeowners considering Lundev, i highly recommend you to stay away from this company as they have no respect or courtesy for your fellow neighbors living in your neighborhood. Lundev concrete truck (which by the way, had just arrived on the street and wasn't unloading any concrete) was fully capable of reversing to let multiple vehicles through, yet refused.
