A week ago I received a letter about social security wanting to show them my income and the letter had about 3 places I've worked in the past but then it had two other business I've never I've heard of before and I have never worked there and I had decided to call the main social security line and the social security lady said I was suspended because they haven't heard from me in 3 years and they didn't have my current address where I am living but yet I receive mail all the time from social security with my address and ever... read more
Didn't have a long wait, moved people thru quickly, very nice employees.
I had a disappointing experience with the staff. I called because I was unable to schedule an appointment online, but my call was disconnected while I was trying to explain the issue. When I went to the front desk for assistance, I was simply told to scan the QR code and make the appointment online. When I explained that it was not working for me, I was told, “It works for everyone else, so go try it.” There is a major lack of professionalism, and willingness to help resolve the issue.
Not a good experience. Was third in line and waited 2 and 1/2 hours. Took about a minute to complete my business, the system is very convoluted and doesn't make a lot of sense. Could definitely use some adjustments in how this system is designed. Poor attitude from clerk, was very rude and abrupt. Seniors or others needing help don't need that kind of treatment.
