It's impossibly difficult to reach anyone by phone, and walk-in isn't any better unless you have an appointment.. which you have to be able to get a hold of someone to make. When calling you (sometimes) are given the option of pressing 1 for a call back, however it will be a different branch office that returns the call, and they usually just refer me back to the local branch (square 1), it's a useless loop. I met two ladies worker there with very bad attitude and inpatient. For them, businesses are their daily work, but for most of the customers, that is new, I have to came there 3 times for missing documents, every time I ask and confirm with them about the required the documents, they showed me their impatience, and then gave me a hard time, after a long waiting, they skipped me in waiting intentionally, why we pay tax for these kind of service?

We went at 9:30am and there was virtually no line. We got what we needed.
