We are a nationwide BTS developer and engaged Lundahl Building as our GC for a 220K sf industrial facility. Lundahl was a great partner keeping our project on-track during difficult times, controlling cost and delivered a high quality building that we and our tenant loves. Lundahl's was the General Contractor for the Cache Mosquito Abatement District's new building. They were great to work with in every aspect of the project. They were always onsite, open to changes, kept me in the loop of any changes, and if there ever was a problem with material or the construction they kept me apprised and fixed the problems.
