Lunda Construction was hired by Manitowoc County, WI to replace a bridge over the Manitowoc River on County R (first nine months of 2019). The bridge was opened to traffic fall of 2019 As soon as the bridge was opened to traffic it was VERY EVIDENT that the two South bound lanes had a fair amount of unevenness in the deck surface.
