I had a problem that was totally my fault. They covered under warranty when they didn't have too. Great customer service.

Deborah repaired an accidental tear in our boat cover. Since she had the cover we asked if she could replace the velcro as well. She did a great job at a reasonable price. Additionally, last year we took our convertible top to have the back window reglued. It was a good job and remains sealed. This charge was reasonable as well.
These folks are a victim of their own success ! Might have to wait a while for work to be done, but SO worth it. They reupholstered a golf cart seat for me, and I had an issue with the material, (factory defect, NOT their fault) over a year later, I brought it back expecting to have to pay $, they volunteered the info about the material, and like the absolute artisans that they are redid it @ no charge !
