We teach a comprehensive self defense program for both standing and ground positions with the aim of assisting you to become the most capable person you can be in every life situation. Children and adults alike find their inner best when working with our programs and instructors and manifest that best in other areas of their lives. We offer Free group workshops, free tours, and much more! Try our introductory program and you will find there really is NO competition for what we offer.

As the other review stated the prices I will add to it. They verbalize it is an 18mo contract and you will be charged for the month once 30 days notice is provided to them. Anyone who disagrees with them or their methods are considered to be "hostile" and they will immediately get defensive. Too many safety issues and their price is over double what other places charge and the training is mediocre.
