Nick and Spencer replaced my furnace and installed an HRV system, great work, good people.
Our A/C unit was basically shot and we had no cool air flowing through to our main house. I requested service through our home warranty and were referred to Lund. I got in contact with Joe and he was very friendly and helpful and kept me updated on the entire process and status. Within a week or so we got Joe out here to install a brand new A/c unit! He was very quick and efficient! Thank you soo much Joe!
Very disappointed we set up and appointment tech said he’d here between 9-10am showed up at 827 left at 830 no call and didn’t even wait tell the time he said he’d come then when I asked about it he refused to even respond. Very unprofessional. A simple call my wife would have turned around we figure out through our camera that they literally met as she was leaving just didn’t know it because we planned for 9am
Joe was one of the few techs willing/able to come out and service our furnace on New Years during an emergency where we had no heat. Unlike other technicians we have had in the past, Joe took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and potential resolutions to both me and my husband, considering us as equally competent decision makers. I was extremely pleased with the service we received from all aspects. The job was completed as quickly as possible, and we were treated with fairness and respect throughout. Thank you.
Joe was great! I had a heating emergency and he got to me first thing the next morning. When he arrived we realized that I requested the wrong service and he didn’t specialize in what I needed, but he still took the time to look. He was able to fix the problem and went a step further to educate me on a few things. Thanks for going above and beyond Joe!!!
