For a "luxury" apartment complex, they tend to go cheap on most everyday necessities. Placing a bag of beer in the sink really shouldn't result in the entire collapse of a kitchen sink. But that's just the small items. The 1 single maintenance man at the complex is a saint. He's doing a 6 person job as a single employee and deserves more. But it seems Lund would rather not give him other workers OR purchase quality items. I mean cardboard and caulk usually signals "luxury" and may do the trick...
By far truly one of the worst Managment companies in Nebraska. Zero communication, conflicting information, and never a follow up. Glad I never have to deal with them again. I would NEVER recommend living anywhere managed by them. Everyone knows they are the worst in the state.
Gold Coast Square (Papillion) Terribly managed. Mold in my apartment which has been addressed 5 times and nothing has been done. My deck footing heaved and cracked and there has been no urgency to look at it. It has created a major trip hazard for my dog and infant. It’s a little scary knowing it’s holding up 2 levels of deck above as well. There is no insulation between levels and you can hear every noise from the neighbors above just walking.
