Not surprised too see it this low... surprised it's not lower. You'd think after taking $1459 from us each month they'd have the courtesy to answer the damn phone or return a call.... We gave 60 days notice of leaving our lease due to purchasing a house. We were told that would be a $2600 fee to pay by June 1st (our new end date for lease).... we paid all of April's rent last week to come home to a letter shoved in our door yesterday stating if we don't pay the $2600 in 7 days we will be evicted..... they charged the $2600 t... read more
