Currently have my daughter renting from The Duke. This regional manager Tracy Ramirez has no respect for tenants who come into a hard time financially & communicate the situation. Due to “fair housing laws” they will put an eviction notice on your door if you are one day late even with a promise to pay. My daughter lost her vehicle after Christmas. Don’t live at a Lund property. Don’t work for them the less you do with Lund the better, like Nebraska they’ll go bankrupt too
All the workers are incredibly rude. The tall blonde with the perm (a choice, btw) apparently doesn’t know how to talk to other humans, considering he was mute the entire time & didn’t acknowledge anything. Including one of the maintenance employees.
Had water break floor above me and leak into my unit.Checked just ceiling for mold. Received a gift card for the trouble it caused
