By far truly one of the worst Managment companies in Nebraska. Zero communication, conflicting information, and never a follow up. Glad I never have to deal with them again. I would NEVER recommend living anywhere managed by them. Everyone knows they are the worst in the state.
Gold Coast Square (Papillion) Terribly managed. Mold in my apartment which has been addressed 5 times and nothing has been done. My deck footing heaved and cracked and there has been no urgency to look at it. It has created a major trip hazard for my dog and infant. It’s a little scary knowing it’s holding up 2 levels of deck above as well. There is no insulation between levels and you can hear every noise from the neighbors above just walking. If i could review this lower than a 1 I would. If you miss rent by 1 single day, they are already trying to take you to court/evict you. Their payment management system, tries to take double our rent payment and they refuse to fix that. We try to take payment to property manager , she is never there. The phone number she provided goes to a childcare company. So tough to make payments in office when the PM isn't ever around, doesn't respond to emails or calls.
