Since september of this year i have had HVAC problems its now the beginning of november and im still having those same problems over 10 times i have put in maintenance request, called emergency maintenance for after hours, and even had the my whole water heater replaced 2 WEEKS AGO i had them out here for after 3 days of having no heat 2 WEEKS and my heat is now broking again i have a child under the 2 and can not get my unit above 68 degrees i have made complaints to lund themself and apartment complex themself and nothing ... read more

We have lived in 2 Lund Communities and both seem to show the Corporate Leadership likes people who show strong attitudes and little appreciation for their tenants. Every property manager we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with is rude, condescending and seemingly insensitive. What they all fail to realize is we pay a ton in rent to have a “nice” place, others seem to want to destroy things and leave the place rough, and when concerns are voiced the tenants are dismissed and made to feel stupid. 3 months after we moved out of our apartment we get a bill for 300 dollars for “damages” that we didn’t do but since we had no way to prove it we had to pay it. Absolutely would not recommend renting from anything the lund company owns.
