I was happy with the cosmetics of the vehicle. Update: It has been almost a week and a half now. Found another issue that wasn't addressed: the windshield wiper tank remains broken and wasn't replaced. I would be willing to give a higher 5-star rating.
Went back 2nd time looks like all new people and was told car was totalled but guess what another body shop repaired the car without a problem so I would second guess the skills of this place.
I was happy with the cosmetics of the vehicle. But extremely disappointed with the alignment and non replacement of my alloy rim. I ask them to take it back to be aligned and was told an unsatisfactory answer, I had to take the car back to the place it was aligned personally just to get it done correctly. I would be will to give a higher 5-star rating if I was refunded the alignment cost ($137.14) and price of the 18" alloy wheel ($150) they never installed.
I would never recommend this place to anyone when I got the repair bill/estimate of the work that they did. It claimed that they replaced a back passenger tire and balanced it when I receive my vehicle I got home to see that the tire was not replaced. I called and spoke to Kevin and he said oh no we didn’t replace it so I said wow what can we do to resolve this so you can replace it and he said nothing you’ll have to go through your insurance company pay out Of pocket and they will reimburse you this was not what I was Expec... read more
