I don't have any bad things to say about the Dr. himself, as I never got the opportunity to see him. However, the sniedy front desk person leaves alot to be desired! I have been to several doctors and in and out of the hospital and my deductible and out of pocket max are both met but she insisted I pay $60.00 and get a refund. No I am not playing that game, I will find another doctor that will actually run my benefits first and see I dont have a co-pay. I work in medical billing, I know what's going on!
