While I would never dispute the expertise of the vets at Lund Animal Hospital, they and their office staff treat their human clients with little or no regard. Medicines are lost, misplaced, never ordered and improperly stored. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, if at all, and the office staff is unfriendly, uncaring and inefficient. Great Vet! Dr. Lund is fantastic and kind and while my cat is usually a nightmare at the vet he didn't yell as much as usual and I can tell he was comfortable here. They took great care of us both and the price was also well within my budget!
