While I would never dispute the expertise of the vets at Lund Animal Hospital, they and their office staff treat their human clients with little or no regard. Medicines are lost, misplaced, never ordered and improperly stored. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, if at all, and the office staff is unfriendly, uncaring and inefficient. The warmth and attention to my concerns I receive from the doctors is unparalleled. I always have a slew of questions because LuLu is my child. Their answers are on point and I feel extremely comfortable coming here for something basic or for something more significant. They are really good at putting my mind at ease with different options and “treat” my girl with treats (cookies) as she were their own. I trust Scott and christy more than anyone else with my animals!!! We have been taking our 4-legged kids here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They treat us and our animals with kindness, compassion and respect. The entire staff is fantastic!
This is NOT a full service vet facility. My dog, who had a possible stomach obstruction was made to wait 6 hours before the “mobile” ultrasound van arrived. Lund charged us $1500, only to find out that our dog was ok - with no obstruction. Very unethical. Better to bring your pet to a full service facility, where they have specialists readily available - and not “on call”. Very disturbing and unprofessional.
Dr. Scott and the staff at Lund Animal Hospital are the best! Their true care and compassion shows with every visit.

First visit with our dog Sleepy ,Sleepy was there before we got him they remembered him and then whatever a while just checking did a wonderful job very friendly
