Worst customer service ever. I tried to set up an appointment for new patient for my dad... And the receptionist (or who ever answer the phone was rude and unprofessional). Explain to her that my dad just moved from Wisconsin to Tennessee and that he needs to see a doctor because he have health conditions, and to make sure he is ok.... 1st she said the doctor don't do blood test and physical test for new patient. Really? So what the doctor do? And she reply the doctor talk to Patients... You know what let me found another do... read more
The people here are friendly and polite.
This place is horrible!! My husband, has been going here to get pain pills and they keep giving them to him!! They are ruining lives and don't care about anything but them selves!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!
