I called Lunbar on multiple occasions and left messages trying to get my AIS reprogrammed. At no time did they ever contact me which as a customer very confusing to me. I gave up and sent my unit to Garmin direct instead. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care.

Now I may biased because I worked for this company. I feel that its good to have a review every now and then from an employee who has moved on to other places , in my case I am now located in Portugal. That being said, Pete's knowledge is amazing, he can remember almost every boat hes worked on and knows how to work on every system on them. I had one of the technicians (Matt) come out first and he did a great job and was a very nice guy. I needed some more work and Pete, the co-owner, came out and did an outstanding job. You can tell he loves his work and music as well, so he paid extra attention to installing my audio unit on the boat. I would recommend Lunbar for high quality service.
