I came to this Salon for a haircut. I booked the appointment over the phone and it was a very smooth process, they also sent me a reminder before my appointment. When I arrived I was already loving the vibe of the salon, the coffee and soda bar was a huge plus. My stylist Sarah was awesome she was very personable and she listened to my needs. My experience at Lunatic Fringe was unlike any other hair salon I have been to! My stylist Ellie was amazing and took such great care of me to make sure my color and cut was exactly what I asked for. She made the whole experience and personal and comfortable. The salon itself is gorgeous and when Ellie took me to wash out my hair dye the wash room had the best ambience— Ellie put a blanket over me and gave a neck and scalp massage after washing my hair. Ellie Beck went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my salon experience. I felt so treasured and so well taken care of. She went the extra mile to make me feel like I was the center of attention for the day and I appreciated what a calm and relaxing experience my day with her was. 10/10, pure luxury!
Ellie was amazing! From the moment she started washing my hair, the whole experience felt so relaxing—the room, the atmosphere, everything. She took such good care of my hair and gave me a great trim. She also did a beautiful blowout and straightened my hair, and it turned out so smooth and healthy-looking. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive she was throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend her!
This salon is amazing! Everyone is super friendly. The vibe is trendy but still really comfortable. They offer snacks and drinks, and even give you a warm blanket while they wash your hair — seriously the best touch ever. My stylist, Gabi, takes the time to really listen to what I want, and my hair turns out perfect every single time. You can tell she care about her clients and wants you to feel relaxed and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service in a fun, welcoming atmosphere!
