Beware before leasing with Luna. She violated North Carolina renter laws during my sister’s lease. My sister rented a suite, she was in a car accident and went to the ER. Despite this, my mom had her deliver her rent payment on time. Luna then demanded that my sister clean ink off the floor immediately. My sister explained she would take care of it after her ER visit, but instead of showing understanding, Luna became upset and illegally terminated the lease without proper notice AFTER she paid that weeks rent.
