The cleaning itself was excellent and thorough. However, communication was poor. For my second booking, the appointment time was changed and the price increased from the original quote. When I asked for clarification about the additional charge, communication stopped and my appointment was given to another client. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism.Ā
Not impressed. And now I canāt get a hold of anyone.Ā
