I hadn’t had my hair done in a while, so I was a little nervous going in. But the moment I arrived at Lona Salon, Tania welcomed me with such kindness and warmth that I immediately felt comfortable. Not sure where or what happened to Luna Had my hair done twice & have not been able to reach her since! She seemed quite appreciative of my business & also mentioned she was trying hard to grow her clientele! Well disappearing & not reaching out to your return customers is not a good way to grow your clientele! I was told at one point that her assistant would be glad to cover for her if she were not available, but that never happened either! Jen is the best! She'll work with you diligently to get the results you want. She'll also do this without compromising the integrity of your hair, which I so greatly appreciate. I've been going to Jen for a few years now and am so happy to find a stylist I can trust! Highly recommended!
