This firm are a joke! if i could give them NO stars I would. I work for another agency who are trying to get information from them on tenancy WE now deal with because the landlord got fed up with them and they haven't returned a single call or e mail or provide the legal documentation we need. Lorraine (if she even exists) is NEVER in the office. in fact they don't have an office they just rent a desk from a business centre. The name says it all , Lunar Lets AKA Flight by nights!
