Awful. Truly. The past two times I’ve gone it’s taken almost two hours for terrible quality. The first time I went home and filed them down because she didn’t shape or trim them at all, and had to add glue myself because they were already lifting. This time, the wrong dremel tip the entire time. Left bits of red and I had to stop her from putting clear gel on top of leftover red and sand it off. Wow! Just wow! I was hugely disappointed here! The first time was a delight. The man who did my nails and feet the first time however.. apparently no longer works there.... and nobody else can do dip 😤... ok fine... then I paid extra for the removal of said dip... only to watch as she proceeded to skip an entire step of the gel... and charge me for a repair... and it was not cheap! The thing is.. I convinced myself that maybe it was a new product... and maybe they could be paper thin and still be strong... I was just silly.... read more

I'm so sad I've been here a few times to get my brows waxed but today I wanted to cry my eyebrows have bald spots in them, for a $20 dollar wax this is not it, especially someone who has thick brows and have never had this probelm

I love this place. They take appointments on time. Pedicures include the Dremel tool for vertical filing. That's a must if needed. Dip and gel manicures last the promised three weeks. Loyalty points are kept digitally.
