Manager is rude (Amanda and latoya are very nice though n great to work with) Lots of birds and shit High water bill Landscaping at 8am Construction nonstop 500 feet from complex starting at 6am. Even middle of the night to pour concrete at times too! Overpriced Oh and i had TERMITES at move in. Had guys come treat it. Then nothing. Never painted over it or anything.
