La Toya helped me through this entire process. First of all the community is gorgeous and the location is perfect. La Toya was so patient and kind to my son and me through this experience. Took over two weeks for an application to go through and it still isn’t processed. They said they were having technical difficulties. We needed an apartment as soon as possible and they had us pay the $50 x 2 to apply and they said even though this has taken over 2 weeks they still weren’t refunding us. Going next door to Serafina who can get ours done safe day.
Got the pleasure of working with LaToya, she's amazing and gets you instantly feeling right at home. I appreciate her so much, 10/10 experience
