We formed a cross-border collective of midwives with the deep belief that a strong, healthy pregnancy and birth leads to a strong, healthy community. To that end, Luna Tierra provides respectful, safe and radically affirming birth and reproductive health experiences. We feel lucky to be on the border, building a resilient community — one family, one birth at a time.

After having a traumatic first birth, I was incredibly nervous about my second. Tuve a mi primogénita el 4 de enero del 2025 fue la primera bebé en nacer en Luna Tierra este año ❤️mi experiencia fue realmente hermosa y bendecida con estas maravillosas mujeres 🥰 en especial con Araceli quien recibió a mi niña y a Marisol quienes estuvieron acompañándome en mis citas pre natales, parto y post parto. I had my baby girl on Sept 2024 at LunaTierra. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience! Since prenatal appointments I was free to choose and do what I felt better for me and baby. I was never pushed to do something. At birth, my birth was calm and relax and at the end there was a minor issue with my health which they did everything they could to resolve it and thankfully it did, but I was given and explained the option of being transferred to UMC which gratefully, at the end, I didn’t need it. My experience was absolutely incredible and I can’t wait to have another baby to have them here again. I had my son two years ago and I still love telling people my birth story because it was so special and I own that all to this beautiful place!
