So glad I chose Luna Tierra as my birthing center. My first born was with a birthing center and midwife in dfw area and I did not have a good experience. Although I was nervous to try again my goal was to have a unmedicated water birth so I decided to give it another shot. I’m so glad I chose Luna Tierra and the midwives there. After having a traumatic first birth, I was incredibly nervous about my second. The amazing midwives at Luna Tierra are not only kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, but they're trauma informed as well. Tuve a mi primogénita el 4 de enero del 2025 fue la primera bebé en nacer en Luna Tierra este año ❤️mi experiencia fue realmente hermosa y bendecida con estas maravillosas mujeres 🥰 en especial con Araceli quien recibió a mi niña y a Marisol quienes estuvieron acompañándome en mis citas pre natales, parto y post parto. I had my baby girl on Sept 2024 at LunaTierra. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience! Since prenatal appointments I was free to choose and do what I felt better for me and baby. I was never pushed to do something. At birth, my birth was calm and relax and at the end there was a minor issue with my health which they did everything they could to resolve it and thankfully it did, but I was given and explained the option of being transferred to UMC which gratefully, at the end, I didn’t need it.
