Sports acupuncture in general, and care from John Luna-Sparks in particular, has been incredibly helpful for me. We have released overtight muscles, engaged muscles that weren't activating, and stabilized imbalanced joints. As a massage therapist, staying in peak form and out of pain is crucial to my work.
