I had my nails done and one of them had fallen off well I called them and told them about it and they were kind enough to fix it and not charge me for it well the very next day another nail fell off and then 2 more came off and 1 was loose so I took it off myself so I ended up taking them all off im sorry but for 55 dollars and your nails falling off is to much to pay for that to happen I can deal with one but more than that I mean really im real picky about nail salons seems like none in kingsport can do a good job im sorry... read more

A new manicurist has just joined their team. Her name is Winnie and she is absolutely the BEST!!! Winnie took care of my nails prior to joining the new team. I had my nails done and I’m absolutely in love with the results! The shape, color, and attention to detail were flawless. The whole experience was relaxing and fun — super clean space, tons of polish options, and a tech who really knows her stuff. My nails came out exactly how I envisioned (actually, even better!) and they’ve been holding up beautifully. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
