Predatory cancelation fees. Wife has been coming here for a few months. The first time she cancels within 24 hours they billed us 100%. So much for being understanding and working with customers. Service might be great but all they really want is money.
10/10. I went to Jess after getting my nails done at a different shop. My nails were in critical need of some TLC. Jess made sure that my natural nails were in good shape and she did the most amazing set on my nails. This was without a doubt the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. She took her time explaining to me what she was doing as she did it and it was such a comforting environment. Definitely going to her every-time my nails need a fill in from now on!!
Was told off by the owner because I supposedly gave her a bad review! I didn’t give a review, but regardless of whether I gave a review or not, a Business owner Should not be talking to her customers that way. I have the text messages to back up what I’m saying! I said Nothing out of the way to her But because she thinks I gave a bad review prior to this review talk to me like I was dirt beneath her feet!
