Horrible service. Dropped me without warning because I missed one payment on a filter that I didn’t even need, and the payment was one year ago. Changed cleaning times on me constantly, and never really finished the job. Also, raised prices on my twice. I wouldn't wish Luna pools on my worst enemy.
Spent more time dealing with poor work, no work and lying and they eroded 10 tons of dirt into my neighbors driveway. This was our 1st and last pool service, our numbers where worse with this "professional service". Then to add insult to injury they actually had the nerve to send a bill. Horrible experience. Save yourself the headache. Do it yourself. It's cheaper and easier.
Great service! I called to have a pump motor replaced and within 1 day it was fixed and working great! Thank you!
