Very dirty Bay, mud everywhere. Amount of soap is lacking also.

The touchless wash has gone down hill. I used to be able to go and get the $12 wash and my truck would come clean. Now it’s almost as if it just sprays water, a little soap and calls it good. Dirt and grime are still there and I have to wash it again.

*Update: The new owner did get in touch with me more recently and rectify the situation. I've been using this carwash for about five years off and on. It has been pretty reliable. It doesn't always get all of the brid crap off our vehicles, but it's convenient and works fairly well. On the 6th of June it stopped working halfway through the wash on my truck. Went through last night and it did the same thing as last time. Spray for a few seconds and then shut off. I didn’t get a chance to get the number again to call because I was just so irritated. After laying $12 and getting a few seconds of water sprayed on.
