The maintenance here rocks! They're quick, efficient, and friendly. Mike and Joe make a great team. Management is great, and on top of things as best they can be. The pool area stays clean and maintained, and the BBQ pit is an idealic spot to spend time at. The area is safe and full of friendly people.
I’ve lived here for a while and there are definitely some positives, but unfortunately, the negatives are starting to outweigh them. Pros: • The complex offers a decent set of amenities like a pool, gym, walking paths, a fenced-in dog area, grill area, and a playground. • The walking paths are nice for a stroll, and the dog area is a great spot if you have pets. The trash cans around the premises weren’t emptied for over a month in April. Once they were the maintenance people removed several of them that were most used because they “didn’t want people using them” as much. Completely unacceptable. They stack the garbage cans in the parking garage thinking people won’t notice they disappeared. So many people walk their dogs and need a garbage can to throw the waste bags in but the maintenance men don’t like to empty the garbage but once a month so they just take the cans away. Would not move here !! Highly dont recommend. They charge you the building utilities and dont tell you and keep lights and heat on all day. They pick and choose who to help, they didnt tell me how to pay my rent, i get a money order im told we dont accept those since when?!? Now i have to cash that and pay more fees. Other tenants have experienced this. It took two months for me to get a mailbox key. On top of the fob for the gym/pool u have to ask they dont just give u or maybe it was just me.
