This goes out to Miss Chell of Luna Park I just want to say how amazing her customer service is! She goes out her way to make you feel very welcome. I had two disasters last year and she went up and beyond to show compassion and caringness. I'm not very good with computers and she took extra time just to help me send different paperwork to different foundations that was trying to help me get security deposit. 2026 Renters, Quick and Professional staff and maintenance crew, Good pricing and good positioning on 41. Joe and Steve (The maintenance technicians) who came in to help diagnose a warm fridge, same day determined it wasn’t operating efficiently, and replaced it quickly. They made us feel like we could come to them with any issue no matter how big or small. 5/5
Very nice well kept property, inside and outside. Representative Chiell was very informative.
Chel has been one of the most caring and supportive person you’ll ever meet she really shows that she cares not just for her job but for the people that live and move in there you can see she passionate and super caring and we need more people like here in these tough time she deserve more then she owes like MAJOR raise or something. She an angel!!
