So many improvements are needed here. When I first moved in, the apartment was received dirty and full of spiders. The apartment smelled wet and musty. There is an obvious mice problem. Doors are hard to open so hopefully it’s not cold out or you need to urgently enter the building because you’re screwed. Packages get stolen OFTEN and management recommendation is for you to wait outside for your packages as the delivery personnel doesn’t have access to get in the building to safely deliver (so I guess you can’t go to work or... read more
Great place with helpful staff!
I've been living in this apartment community for the better part of 3 years and I love it. From the kind reception from Liesa and crew to how quickly maintenance requests get answered (they're efficient and kind) it's hard to give anyone here a review less than glowing
Very disappointed. There’s trash all around the property, the gym is always 100 degrees, and the worst part is the management is aware, but has yet to fix anything. I feel unheard, unvalued, and disrespected. I would not recommend it here, because if you have a complaint (which you certainly will), nothing will be done about it.
When you need something done they are there and that's what I like
