We used to just love the salon and the employees, HOWEVER in the past 6months they have really gone down hill. Over charging for services not provided, not caring for my nails as asked. The cleanliness has also degraded. They cut my cuticle and then put the tools right back in the box, WITHOUT even wiping them off. We took a break for several months, hoping it would improve..Sadly it has not. I would highly suggest finding a cleaner salon with techs that will listen to you.

I went to another place in mcmanville and had the worst experience , it was my very first time getting my nails done professionally and my nails turned out horrible , they were lumpy , and it was terrible , and i Didn't want to get my nails done again, until a few people told me to come to Luna's... best experience ever. Staff was so friendly and so nice and they did exactly what I wanted, and my name's turned out perfect. Thank you guys I'll never stray away. I'm loyal to you and I've sent a couple of people your way
