I've gone here a few times to get my nails done. They're fine. But today, I walked in to get nails done on a busy day. She was working on someone and asked me to wait a half hour. I told her I'd wait outside and then I went back inside in exactly a half hour, and she told me she took someone else. She smiled and said, "sorry!" If you can't be respectful of customer's time, you will lose that customer, as is the case here. There are other great options in town!
Great service! So glad Sophia is handling everything while Emily and John are gone.
Emily exceeded my expectations! Have not had an acrylic set turn out this well in YEARS. And the deluxe pedicure is such a treat, I’m a new regular 😇
