I always have lower back and neck issues and everytime I go she shows me new stretches and ways to help my back. Very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing! Very nice and professional! Highly recommend
Sara is the best. I was refered to her by a friend. I was having shoulder and neck issues for years and had been to the doctor and played that whole game and they were talking pain medication to manage it. After seeing Sara once or twice my shoulders and neck started to get better now I see Sara weekly not because I need to but because I want to.
