Made a booking for a particular time with a particular therapist and got a text confirmation. When I arrived at the shop at exactly the agreed time, and after spending close to 30 min on the road to get there, the therapist whom I had booked was not available. So I left - rather frustrated. Bait switched 5 mins before arrival, solicited me into having extras, I said no, im here for a massage. Massage lady goes crazy by swearing at me saying we rely on tips, walks out on me 30 mins before my time. Definitely the worst customer service of my life.
