Forgets appointments and then gets short and snippy with customers on the phone when we called them to see if they were even coming in. They have a fee if you cancel your appointment but THEY were late to it and almost didn’t even show up at all. And, she rushed through doing the nails and did a crap job like she had better places to be than her business. Unprofessional and inconsiderate
My fiance and I have had particularly stressful work schedules lately so he planned massages for us and took PTO. He received a text 30 minutes before our scheduled services that his appointment was canceled. He called but they were unable to accommodate both of us. We canceled my appointment so he wasn't sitting in the car waiting. We understand that things come up, but to notify us of a cancelation while we were on our way was a huge inconvenience after we made accommodations to take time off work together.
A diamond-the-rough, Luna Lounge is the hidden gem you didn't know you were looking for. I went in just for a massage. And at comparable rates to those of Carmel, Indy or surrounding areas, Luna Lounge holds it's own. I cannot recommend Amy and Luna Lounge highly enough! I’m visiting from out of town and found Luna Lounge when looking for a place to disconnect from the outside world. I booked a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. Amy was warm, welcoming, and absolutely incredible at her craft. I recently graduated from massage therapy school myself and get massages quite often, and Luna Lounge will absolutely be my go-to place anytime I’m in Noblesville in the future. Thank you, Amy!!!
After my first deep-tissue massage with Kendra, my hip felt so much better. I slept -pain free- last night for the first time in months! She took the time to get to know my needs & listen to my concerns, quickly putting me at ease before beginning. Choosing massage over medicine, I'm looking forward to more sessions. *Bonus, it has a boutique vibe!
