We had some regrading and buried downspout work done. The work was good, but rain the next day revealed a backpitch on one of the downspouts. This caused some water to pool around foundation and mud to form. I called Josue to fix the issue but he gave me the tomorrow runaround, thrice. Make sure to check the work and be completely satisfied before you pay the remaining balance. Otherwise, you'll have to do the troubleshooting yourself.
I had some issues with water on my property. Josue and his crew regraded and addressed them in an efficient manner. I'll contact him from now on for all my landscaping needs.
