This place is a fraud as others have said. They charged Medicare $200 for a COVID test I did not have. Reported it to Medicare fraud line. They need to be closed down. Make sure to check your Medicare claims for fraud.
This company charged my insurance company for COVID testing in May. I have never been here, nor have I had a COVID test anywhere or ordered for my home at any time this year. I have reported them for fraud.
Scam business! They, along with four other labs in the Chicago area, charged my husband's Medicare for covid tests not ordered (and never delivered)!!! I just reported all five of them to Medicare for fraud. Please call Medicare if you see they've submitted a charge for you or a family member!

scammers. charged for several covid test kits I never received or authorized. Medicare seems not to care otherwise they would have stopped this nonsense. I reported a different case to Medicare they treated me like I'm an idiot. Their argument: If we paid it's OK. There goes our tax money
