Absolutely the worst medical experience I have had. From the start Dr.joseph Luna greeted me by asking me “what was I doing there” as if he didn’t want to provide me with medical service. I told him I’m a new patient looking to establish with pcp. I went on and told him about my illness (fibromyalgia,rheumatoid arthritis,diabetes and high blood pressure but out of all I was very concerned and needed immediate help with the fibromyalgia which he made me feel as if he didn’t know of the illness or just plain didn’t care. I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give Dr. Luna Joseph zero stars, I would. The lack of professionalism and concern for his patients was honestly shocking. Earlier this year, my dad had to switch his insurance to Sanitas with United Healthcare, which limited him to providers within their network. We chose Dr. Luna Joseph, although from the start I felt unsure since there weren’t many reviews available.
