I had my first appointment with Dr. Laura Nicholas yesterday and she was able to diagnose me during my first initial consultation. She will collaborate with my GP to expedite my specialist visit after the findings. This is a huge relief after 2 months of testing and trying to get diagnosed. I found Dr. Laura to be very personable, empathetic and kind. She is also very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The clinic is very welcoming and clean. Sadly very disappointed in the lack of adequate communication regarding fees associated with investigation/treatment plan. Was very hopeful to dive into some health issues and finally find resolve. Clinic was lovely, people were nice– but the miscommunication is quite frustrating.
