Not at all what we discussed or what I wanted. My roots look exactly the same except for an orange face frame that isn’t properly blended, a white spot on the side of my head and uneven length. The owner, Stephanie, is clearly unwilling to help and trust her colorists over the customer, so after insinuating that I’m lying, offered to fix my hair. Not sure who would ever return after how she speaks to customers. Beware if you aren’t happy with your hair, you won’t be getting it fixed! Total spent $415 plus tip.

I feel incredibly grateful to have discovered this salon occupied by some of the most talented stylists in the industry. I will happily travel over an hour each way to see nicole. She is worth it. The whole salon is a vibe. Beautifully designed and decorated. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the whole team make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Most importantly, the hair!!
