I ordered to go so I didn't get to experience the atmosphere but it is asking me to rate it so I'm sure it's great as everything else was! I ordered to go and the kind lady delivered my gyro to the car because I had my dog in there and it was a hot day. Love this place, food was great and service impeccable!!
I picked up food for a school lunch and the team really went above and beyond, separated everything as requested and it was all service with a smile. They did forget my pita bread which is one of the better parts of the meal but the customer service more than made up for it.
We actually came to the mall to eat at a different establishment but walked into Luna Grill because we were intrigued by the kids eat free promotion. The staff was beyond nice. The manager with tattoos on his arm ( didn't catch his name)explained the promotion, helped us download the app and he even brought out crayons for my daughters to color with. He checked in on us to make sure we were set eith napkins etc. What a wonderful experience! We cant wait to come back. I highly recommend this restaurant to families.
Amazing service & food! Brandi & Kaylee were phenomenal and very helpful! Great experience. Definitely will be back.
