I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric, the assistant manager at Luna Grill. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is great. He’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and makes the atmosphere so welcoming. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication in customer service these days—Eric is the reason I’ll keep coming back!
I went there once and they accidentally forgot to put hummus in my order when you have to pay extra for it .The manager I think it was his Eric curly head really sweet. He gave me the extra hummus and discounted my order.
Team member Eric at Oxnard 32 location was very nice and helpful.
