I called in my order, arrived and waited in line for 10 minutes. When I was in front of the line a man asked if I was picking up a to-go order, and I said yes. He could not get his I-pad app to work. While he was trying to get the I-pad to work, the cashier helped the people who were behind me. The manager asked if I needed help.
