On Sunday, I ordered two Santorini bowls and fries, and they weren't as good as usual. The fries were terrible, and the food didn't taste fresh, especially the chicken. The tables were also all dirty. On Monday, I ordered a Mediterranean melt, and it wasn't good. In other words, there's no standard; some days the food is good and some days it isn't.
Ordered shrimps plate 1st time there. Shrimps taste and quality of grill are perfect. 10 of 10 Recommend it...
Horrible experience. Went here on my lunch ordered and waited 20 minutes just to not have time to eat and rush back to work. I was number 79 and they were in the 100s when I finally got my food.
UPDATE 2: They finally reached out on July 11th. Offered to send me a complimentary card. Asked for my address and everything. Haven't received anything in the mail like I was told I would be. Customer Service is lacking greatly here. I would've been much happier with no response from the company rather than them attempting to "make things right" by not following through on anything.
