Came here with my family and in-laws for lunch and had a great experience. Ordering was prompt and helpful and being a Club Luna member paid off. Was able to use two promotions and redeem my points balance while earning some for our next visit. It's a good way to stay competitive with some of the other healthy fast food outlets, and will definitely keep us coming back. Service was also especially good today. I picked up dinner there yesterday and there was a lady yesterday packing the food and handling the food all alone but she was doing a good job packing the orders and she was very nice and helpful and I feel bad for her because there was another girl taking orders and was taking forever and I feel so bad for her because she looks frustrated but she did a great job and hopefully I can catch her name next time.

Came here at 8:49 to place an order just to be told i can't place an order by the server wearing glasses. Never have i seen a food place turn down customers from ordering with 10 minutes left. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with management as well.
