I absolutely love Luna Grill. I recently moved to the area and there is an abundance of restaurants, yet I visit this location at least once a week..( is this a safe space to admit that??) Litzy was the team member who assisted me today and she is an earth angel. It was during the lunch rush, on a rainy day yet she remain composed and cheerful as if she had sunshine in her back pocket. This is my first visit to this Luna Grill; I've been to 3 others around San Diego. This is the coziest and friendliest. Litzy was super helpful with suggestions for my order and always had a smile. The Peach and Burrata salad is now a favorite.
This has always been our neighborhood Luna grill. Although today seemed different. Leadership came up and asked how everything was. I think that creates a better atmosphere for everyone when a chain restaurant takes the time to personally greet and come to you at the table! So with this! What an honor to say Eastlake had amazing superior customer service and we hope that that keep it up!
