Be careful they are rip-offs they will tell you they have to charge 30% if you cancel after 48hr even if you do they will still charge you!
This company is a SCAM! Purchased $2000 worth of furniture in Dec 2022. Never received it. The site said, order now receive in 10 days. When that didn't happen I contacted them. They apologized and said "great new it will be there before Christmas". They became increasingly harder to contact after that. No one answers their phones. Please, do not go to this store on Harwin. The lady there is very rude and unprofessional. Her customer service skills is zero. I guess the stupid manager that claims he owned the store doesn’t have manners too. The people that used to be here 5-6 months ago were the best. LOL two minutes after I posted my bad review it gets deleted! BELIEVE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PEOPLE! Horrible experience, this company should not be in business!!! Buy cheap get cheap. Luna white bookcase shelf with drawers. Nothing lines up. Looks great in the photo, probably photo shopped. Looks bad assembled. So bad I didnt use it once assembled. I didnt bother assembling the bedside. They were to be matching but I will buy something better.
RUN! This store is a SCAM! Bogus online store! Here we are 3 months in and I have not received my furniture. I paid $700 with no furniture delivered and to be honest, I can call it a loss. I've been scammed. They reassured me delivery for the middle of December from a November order, but ok! Now we're in January and still no furniture. They are not response AT ALL!
