I placed an order through their online website and received a confirmation email stating my flowers would be ready for pickup between 11:15–11:30 AM. When I arrived, the young lady working couldn’t locate my order, even after I showed her my confirmation and gave my name. After receiving my $300 roses 3 hours late with little to no communication, I was frustrated with the customer service experience. Not to mention the manager hanging up in my face. That said, the flowers themselves were beautiful. Unfortunately, the poor service outweighed the product for me, and I won’t be spending my money here again

The absolute worst place to purchase flowers literally a joke from the florist to the flowers! Save yourself the hassle because it isn’t worth it
