I ordered a bouquet and chose delivery between 11 AM and 1 PM. The first thing I want to say is that I never received any order confirmation — neither by email nor by phone. I had to reach out myself to check if they had my order at all. We were waiting during the selected time slot, and at 1:10 PM I had to call to ask when the courier would arrive. Just wow! I walked into Luna Flowers and left with the most breathtaking bouquet. The colors, the freshness, the vibe of the whole store — everything was perfect. You can feel the love they put into their work🩷🩷🩷

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I just ordered a same day delivery of flowers for $290 ($350 with delivery and tip). And they’re awful. Half of the roses aren’t even bloomed. The communication with delivery was under par. I usually spend 150-200 for flowers for my wife every month and I decided to give this place a shot. Absolutely never again. Worst money spent.
