This was my first time using this florist. I ordered a bouquet for a friend who was recovering from surgery. I placed an order on line and noticed there was no place for me to place a comforting personalized note. I called the florist and they said to send it via a text, which I did. I asked them to confirm if they recieved my note and they did confirm they received. Unfortunately, the note was never attached to the bouquet. It was very disappointing. I would not use this florist again.
I’m not even from Chicago, I’m from Indiana, but I ran into Gold Coast Flower Shop last-minute to grab a bouquet for a friend, and wow… what an amazing experience! They had the most beautiful selection of roses and other unique blooms I don’t normally see. Within 10 minutes, the florist created the most stunning bouquet for me to take on the go. Gold Coast Flowers came through big time! They handled my anniversary flower arrangements same day — quick, professional, and absolutely beautiful. The quality and presentation exceeded expectations, and they made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Edit: well if you open at 10:00 you should have told us that pick up is not possible at 10:00. We called to confirm three times. Also your flower shop door says you open at 9:00AM you might want to fix that if that is no longer the case. But regardless we called to confirm three times for the time of pick up and you said it was possible. You made a promise you cant keep. Also, you may have flowers delivered daily but those flowers could also be slightly damaged, which are the ones your florist picked. I stand by my review. O... read more
